I doubt that there is any point writing this very honest review as I’m sure it will be blocked ~ the Cool mat plus the “free one” I ordered, arrived in the cheapest plastics bags that were nothing like the environmentally friendly cardboard boxed packaging that you show on your website. The fabric of the Cool Mat had no care label showing the material content or care instructions.
The Cooling Mats I received were cheap, flimsy pieces of fabric and I would definitely not put them down for my dog. As there were no care labels, I could not even donnate them to the Dogs Trust. When I wanted to return them, I was faced with extortionate postage costs to send the package to Belgium. I am disgusted that companies such as yourselves, are allowed to sell such “shoddy goods” to people who buy in good faith on a UK site and I know I have fallen foul of an absolute “Con” - more fool me, but I genuinely feel for those people who spend money that they can’t really afford with such horrible company’s like yourselves.

Im still waiting for a full refund I requested when items turned up damaged.

The worst online purchase I have ever made !! I bought 2 mats for our older dog (hoping to keep one as a spare) the mats are tiny, not the size I was after and I use a tape measure regularly so I know sizing. The mats are cut crooked, they are out of shape, have no sense of cooling. I do not recommend this product and would love to get our money back !!!!
