Cheap material supposed to be large big enough for my cat even though bought for dog doesn’t work waste of money

In China Large is relative. I’d say their Large is at best SMALL. Granted it cools but only a small dog! But you do get BOGOF. But even placed edge to edge they only rate MEDIUM (and very expensive medium)

My cat did not set foot on the product. My ' no risk' purchase turned into a real hassle returning. Despite clearly stating repeatedly that I want to return the item for a refund, I was offer first 20%, then 40% and 50% discount if I keep the item ( I have no use for). Customer service seems purpousfully unhelpful. Still trying to get all the info to return the item. Be aware they ship from Belgium and buyer has to pay return postage of around £10. Can't recomnend this company.

My chihuahuas dont like it

I was disapointed, thin, smaller than I expected, expensive and def not worth the money. Difficult to return, support play delaying games. Buyers beware!

I’m really disappointed with the cooling mats. They arent at all what i expected, are poorly made and are far too small for my dogs, despite having purchased the size recommended for my breed. The price, even with the discount, is not refective of the product. My dogs arent interested in using the pads either and prefer their gel mat.

I have tried to email the support email to request a refund but my message was not delivered.
