At Kovah, we do our best to provide detailed product descriptions so that you don't encounter any surprises when receiving your order. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

Order Cancellation Policy

We take pride in our ability to process orders quickly. Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at support@get-kovah.com as soon as possible.

Since the vast majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 24 hours, it is essential that you contact us within this timeframe so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

No cancellation requests can be accepted once your order has already been processed.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout and to contact us as quickly as possible if any modification is required. Address changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

Kovah cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for orders that are refused or undeliverable (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).

In such cases, packages may be returned to us, but this is not guaranteed.

If your order is returned to sender, we will offer you the choice between:

  • A refund of your order, minus the original shipping costs, or
  • A reshipment of your order (additional shipping fees may apply).

You are not eligible for a reshipment or a refund until your package has been received back by the sender.

Return Policy

We accept returns for any reason! Whether you are unsatisfied or have simply changed your mind, our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your products.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Kovah cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@get-kovah.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including photos of the item and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence (including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand).
