  • Free shipping on all orders over €20 (or the equivalent in your local currency).
  • For orders under €20, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery destination.

3. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team prepares your package within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Kovah cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, undeliverable, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If your order is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange either:

  • A reshipment of your order (additional shipping fees will apply), or
  • A refund of your order, minus the original shipping costs.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not been updated for more than 10 business days, or if your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us at support@get-kovah.com. We will investigate with the carrier and do everything we can to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

For packages marked as "delivered" but not received, we may request additional information such as an official statement from your local postal carrier in order to open a formal investigation.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at support@get-kovah.com, including:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package and product
  • A short description of the issue

We will work with you to find the best solution — whether that's a replacement, an exchange, or a refund.
