Once your order is placed, our team prepares your package within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For deliveries outside the European Union, the Customer is considered the importer of the Product. Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply upon delivery.
These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the price of the Product or in the shipping fees displayed at checkout. Kovah has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary from country to country.
We recommend that customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and other non-EU countries check with their local customs office for more information before placing their order.
It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Kovah cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, undeliverable, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
